The history of Migliorati Company began in 1911, when Alfonso and Giulia Migliorati founded Alfonso Migliorati Manufacture, the first textile company in central Italy, in Nereto(Abruzzo). After years of study abroad, his son Giuseppe joined the company, which in 1965 became the official supplier of the Italian Army and Navy. The daughter of Giuseppe, Cristiana, takes over the house line, which, with the name of Antica Ditta Migliorati, separates from the parent company, becoming a high quality artisan boutique, specialized in the production and packaging of household linen, also made to measure.
From 2016, aware of the sudden changes that are happening in the economic world, Cristiana decides to close the retail store and gives a new and dynamic turn to its business. She understood that she had to move to expand her clientele and thus began to organize events in Rome, Milan and Turin to make her products known. Cristiana decides to open, in October 2020, the SHOW-ROOM of the Antica Ditta Migliorati in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto; starting from 2024, she decides to move the show-room from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto at the operating headquarters of Centobuchi. In this way, local customers, by appointment, can view all the production. Meanwhile, events/appointments outside the Marche region continue and intensify.
With over one hundred years of experience, Antica Ditta Migliorati is a boutique of high quality fabrics and home linen, including: bathrobes, towels, mats, sheets, bedspreads, tablecloths, bags, clutches, decorative pillows, beach towels, baskets and plaid.
