Vision Security was founded on the decades-long experience of company owner Mauro Cesari, who, thanks to years of intense professional collaboration with various national organizations, has gained considerable experience in the field of Safety, Security & Service. The organization is authorized pursuant to Article 134 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Private Security Institute), issued by the Prefecture of Ascoli Piceno (authorized services: security and reception services in the sports sector; stewarding pursuant to Ministerial Decree of August 13, 2019; surveillance services in entertainment and public entertainment venues with Supervisory Services Officers, duly registered in the register maintained by the Prefectures (UTG), pursuant to Ministerial Decree of October 6, 2009).
We provide unarmed custody and surveillance services nationwide (porter services, ref. Ministerial Circular of 15 December 2008, pursuant to Article 256-bis, third paragraph, of the implementing regulation of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety, as amended by Presidential Decree 153/2008), access and attendance control, public reception screening, area monitoring, system efficiency checks, goods/materials inspection and control, and fire prevention supervision; VIP escort and chauffeur-driven vehicles.
All activities are monitored and regulated by a quality system with a Certificate of Conformity pursuant to Ministerial Decree 269/2010 and subsequent amendments, Ministerial Decree 115/114, the Police Chief's Regulations of 24/02/2015, and the UNI 10891:2000 Standard. To protect customers and employees, the company has taken out the following insurance policies: Third Party Liability (RCT) with a maximum coverage of €4,000,000.00; Contractual Liability (RCC) with a maximum coverage of €2,000,000.00.
To date, the facility has over 150 stewards, 50 security operators (in possession of a Prefectural number), 20 high-risk fire operators, hostesses and staff trained for trusted concierge and anti-shoplifting services.
